Step 1: Try Out a Class

For those who have never experienced CrossFit, we offer a Trial Session with no fee because we truly want you to become familiar with CrossFit Grit, its trainers, and its members. You are one of the CrossFit Grit Family as soon as you walk in our door, and we look forward to introducing you to the most phenomenal fitness program in the area!

  • Choose a class time that would fit your schedule (click here for our schedule)
  • Call or text Todd at 912-996-4091 to make an appointment for your initial session
  • Arrive 10 minutes early the day of your session.

Classes start promptly at the specified time and include warm-up, skill training or strength work, and then the Workout of the Day (WOD). This is when the fun and the competition begins!  Classes are adjusted to the individual’s skill, ability, strength and experience.

Once you have completed your initial session, we will be happy to discuss your ultimate goals and membership options with you:   It may be best to begin with several one-on-one classes to familiarize you with movements and class flow or you may be proficient enough to roll right into ongoing classes.

We want you to be as comfortable with a new program, new movements and new surroundings as possible as you make a commitment to yourself, your health and your happiness.

Getting Fit is investing in yourself.  You are worth it!  Life is a challenge and you want to rise to the occasion with strength – both mental and physical!  Hard work pays off.  Period.

**If you are an experienced CrossFitter visiting the area for work or play, we gladly offer a daily drop in fee, multi-day punch card or will happily discuss temporary membership options.  Free Session applies to potential full time members only.**
