Warm up to your 50-55% 1 RM Back squat

WOD

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8…Back squats @ 5055%

8 DB Bicep Curls 35/20

6 HR Push ups (Do not let knees touch)

Do the Curls and Push ups after each Back squat set

Keep going up until you can no longer perform the required number unbroken.
