Everyone will do B. but C. is OPTIONAL!!!

From :00 to 4:00 perform 3 Burpee EMOM

Fromm 5:00 to 9:00 perform 2 Burpees EMOM

From 10:to 14:00 perform 1 Burpee EMOM

From 15:00 on DO NOT do Burpees!!!
