5 Floor Presses

5 Floor Wipers (they are ALWAYS a 2 Count)

then 400m Run

3 rounds of

5 DHP 165/115

DHP-3 Deadlift, 2 Hang Clean, 1 Push Press, 2 HC, 3 DL

the entire evolution is done without dropping bar or you must start that certain evo over!!!

then run 800m
