5 Deadlifts

5 Hang Cleans

5 Front Squats

5 Push Press

Guys  20# DB up to 50# by 5# increments

Girls 15# DB up to 40# by 5# increments

Go through the ladder.  Time stops when you reach and finish the last weight.  If you cannot proceed past a certain weight, go back down the ladder for more work.
