10 Lunge Steps

11 Hang Power Cleans

12 Thrusters

Start with 1 Bar over burpee, then 2 Box Jumps and 1 BOB, then 3 Front Squats 2 Box Jumps 1 BOB, then 4 Push Press…and on and on till 12 Thrusters 11 Hang Cleans 10 Lunge steps…
