Competition

A. Power Snatch, 1 rep every 20 sec for 7 minutes – all @ 80% 1 RM PS

B. Power Clean. Split Jerk, 1.3 – build to a tough set

C. AMRAP in 15 minutes

5 Power Cleans – 80% 1 RM PC

15 Kipping HSPU
