A. Muscle Snatch. Power Snatch, 1.2 – build to a tough set

B. Push Press, build to a 10RM

C. AMRAP in 15 minutes

1 Squat Clean – @ 80% 1 RM
2 Ring MU’s
3 Box Jump – 40/33, 36/30
