C. Push Press. Split Jerk, 1.1 x 3 sets, 2 min – start @ 90%

D. Front Squat, 8 reps @ 75% x 3 sets, 2 min

E. Back Rack Walking Lunges, 30 steps x 3 sets, 4 min 45/35 and go up lightly
