12/08/2015 7 YEARS!! “BULGER” Comp add Front Squats

Today is my 7 year Anniversary with CrossFit.  There is so much to say, but WOW what a ride.  Thank you all who Started with me, Joined me, Stuck with Grit as well as Quit Grit.  I have learned alot about myself as well as other people.
